Boxercise and Kick Boxercise are fun and effective ways of burning body fat and toning the muscles of the entire body using boxing techniques. Boxercise and Kick Boxercise will teach you the correct way to punch and kick in a safe manner whilst tightening those flabby arms, beer belly's and chunky legs.
Boxercise and Kick Boxercise is also a great way to get fit. Try doing 6-10 rounds of 2 minutes punching and kicking whilst moving around. Some people will find Boxercise a great way to release tension and stress leaving the session feeling energised and invigorated. Through Boxercise and Kick Boxercise AMJ Fitness can teach you the correct technique using the hands, feet, elbows and knees without causing injury to yourself, whilst giving you a full body workout. Sessions will also include some circuit training and abdominal work.
The first few sessions normally consist of teaching correct technique, working on all the strikes and making sure it is safe and effective. Subsequent sessions focus on developing your strength and stamina, improving body composition and cardiovascular fitness; with results being noticeable after 4-6 weeks (based on 2 sessions a week).
